Saw this recipe at the UFM1003 recipe site and it looked interesting. It is like those taupok you buy from the rojak stall but it is filled with tuna instead of cucumber and beanspout. I tried it out yesterday for lunch.


Tuna Baby

The recipe required grilling but I made a mistake by baking them instead (cos' I'm too lazy to wash the grilling rack :p), so instead of being crispy, the taupok is soft (due to the juice flow out from the tuna) but slightly drier; but it still taste good. We had it with mayonnaise and it tasted really good. Next round I'm going to grill it and probably try it out with prawn paste.
